The eye has been said to be the window to the body. The fear of being blind is bewildering let alone being blind. Nobody can feel the pains the visually impaired are passing through. Make hay while the sun shines and do everything you can to protect your eyes.

Sunglasses or sunshades as you know are relatively cheap compared to their enormous benefits, there are many benefits to wearing them, especially since they protect our eyes from damaging radiation and ultra violet rays of the sun. We may not notice, however, that there are many other benefits to wearing shades outside.
